All phases of production, from manual to computerized and robotic, are subjected to strict quality controls, which has allowed us to obtain the ISO 22000:2018 Certification in our facility. In the fish markets, we have the IFS GLOBAL MARKET food safety certificate.

All fish undergo various analyses in our laboratory. Some of these analyses include microbiological testing, physical and chemical analyses, hygienic-environmental control, mesophilic bacteria, ammonia, and more.
